And A Snow Day for Amos McGee is delightful! I am always impressed by Erin Stead's illustrations. Murray and Bun is a new illustrated beginning chapter book series that is so much fun! Best of 2025 lists and award buzz for next January are sprinkled throughout the interwebs. You will most like see Cat Nap by Brian Lies on Caldecott lists along with Broken by X. Fang. Cat Nap is a masterpiece and Broken is filled with love and forgiveness.
